ERP Functional Consultant

ERP Functional Consultant bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis pengguna, menganalisis proses bisnis, serta mengkonfigurasi dan mengimplementasikan sistem ERP agar selaras dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Peran ini menjadi jembatan antara tim teknis dan pengguna bisnis.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Menganalisis proses bisnis dan kebutuhan fungsional pengguna.

  • Melakukan konfigurasi modul ERP (misalnya modul Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, dll).

  • Memberikan saran solusi berbasis sistem ERP yang efektif dan efisien.

  • Melakukan presentasi dan demonstrasi sistem kepada stakeholder bisnis.

  • Menyusun Business Requirement Document (BRD) dan Functional Specification Document (FSD).

  • Melatih end-user dalam penggunaan sistem ERP.

  • Menangani UAT (User Acceptance Test) dan mendokumentasikan hasilnya.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan ERP Developer untuk memastikan kebutuhan teknis dapat direalisasikan.

  • Memberikan dukungan pasca implementasi dan melakukan perbaikan jika diperlukan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Sistem Informasi, Akuntansi, atau Manajemen.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai ERP Consultant (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang dipertimbangkan).

  • Memahami proses bisnis seperti keuangan, pengadaan, persediaan, SDM, dan produksi.

  • Berpengalaman menggunakan atau mengimplementasikan sistem ERP seperti Odoo, SAP, Oracle, atau Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisa, dan dokumentasi yang baik.

  • Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan berbagai departemen.

Must Have

  • Perfect written English

  • Strong analytical skills
